Who is responsible for your data

Bruno Ortiz, operating under the trade name Center div, with an address at Zaragoza 30, Ayotlán, Jalisco, ZIP 47930, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

What data we ask for

Only what you type into our forms: name, email, WhatsApp, company (optional) and the message you send us. We don't ask for sensitive or financial data.

The site also records anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type and country), which don't identify you.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes: answering your request, preparing your quote and, if we work together, following up on your project.

Optional purposes: none. We don't send you advertising or use your data for anything else without asking you first.

Who it's shared with

Only with the providers that make the site work and handle your data on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting) and Google (email delivery). Their servers may be outside Mexico. We don't sell, rent or hand over your data to anyone.

Your rights (ARCO)

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to us at centerdivmx@gmail.com with:

• your name and a way to reply to you;
• a copy of your ID (or your representative's);
• which right you want to exercise and over which data.

We reply within 20 days at most. If your request is granted, we carry it out within the following 15 days.
